Privacy
CardCircle is a free card-game site played with play money. It keeps as little about you as it can.
Without an account
Solo games need no account. Your chips, stats and settings stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.
What we store if you sign in
- Your email address, to send you sign-in links. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the name and picture on your Google account, which we don't use.
- Your username, which other players see on the leaderboards.
- Your Ranked credits for each game, when you last claimed your daily credits, and a history of every change to your credits.
- Your Ranked game records: the cards, moves and results of your Ranked Blackjack hands and Go Fish games.
Why
- Your email lets you sign in without a password.
- Credits and their history keep Ranked play and the leaderboards fair, and let us fix mistakes.
- Game records let you pick up a game after a refresh and let the server check every move.
Finished game records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Your credit history is kept while your account exists.
What we don't do
No ads, no tracking, no analytics, and we never sell or share your data. The credits are play money: they can't be bought, sold or cashed out.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase runs our database and sign-in, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Cloudflare hosts the site's pages.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve fonts and a sign-in library to your browser.
Like any website, these services see your IP address when your browser connects to them.
Deleting your data
To have your account and everything above deleted, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.
